Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

After this period, cancellation may not be possible.

For pre-order, made-to-order, or limited production items, cancellations are not accepted once production or preparation has started.
