Refund Policy

At Doppel Limited (trading as DOPPEL COLLECTABLES), we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

Due to the nature of collectible items, art toys, blind box products, and limited edition items, all sales are generally final.

We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds in the following cases:

- the item arrives damaged

- the wrong item was sent

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Blind Box Items

Blind box items are random by design. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, duplicate designs, or disappointment with the design received.

Non-returnable and non-refundable items

- limited edition items

- made-to-order items

- sale items

- items damaged through misuse or handling after delivery

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
